Croatian Government Scholarships for International Students – The Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia (Ministry) and the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes (Agency) offer Croatian Government Scholarships (Scholarships) to foreign higher education students and teachers at higher education institutions as well as researchers who intend to gain further professional experience in Croatian higher education institutions or research institutes.

3 The Central European Exchange Program:

The Central European Exchange Program for University Studies or CEEPUS is a notorious exchange program in Central Europe. The scholarship provides accommodation support, medical insurance, administrative expenses support, and a monthly stipend to help the recipients cover their living expenses. The amount of stipend varies from country to country.

Some of the countries associated with this scholarship program are Croatia, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Hungary, Australia, and Slovenia.

4 Research Scholarships in Croatia:

Ministry of Science, Education, and Sports of Croatia is offering research scholarships to deserving candidates. At this time, around 200 research projects are underway.

5 Bilateral Programs’ Scholarships:

This Croatian Bilateral Scholarship Program offers educational support in the form of exchanging students and supporting research projects. It offers around 400 European Scholarships per annum. Students, teachers, professors, and researchers can apply for this European scholarship. There are many different categories of this scholarship.   1. One semester’s tuition funding will be provided to those students who are studying the Croatian language in some foreign country.
  2. Educational expense support to students studying in undergraduate and graduate programs in Croatia.
